For the past 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of graphic design, marketing, and UX, with the last 7 years focused on crafting thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences.
I thrive on tackling complex design challenges—breaking them down, iterating, and reassembling solutions that are not only functional but delightful to use. Whether working with Fortune 500 companies or startups just finding their footing, I bring a systems-thinking approach to design, ensuring seamless, intuitive interactions across web, mobile, and internal platforms.
Currently, I’m a Senior UX Designer at PowerSchool (NYSE: PWSC), a leading EdTech company serving over 50 million students and educators. I collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful experiences that simplify how people learn and connect. My expertise spans product strategy, UX research, design systems, and data-driven decision-making—all with a relentless focus on improving the user journey.

Senior UX Designer
As a Senior UX Designer at PowerSchool, I plan, design and optimize digital experiences that support students, educators, and administrators across web and mobile platforms. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable solutions that improve learning outcomes and streamline educational workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Impact:
Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives, from project kickoff and ideation to user research to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation, ensuring seamless experiences across web, iOS, and Android.
Partner with Product and Engineering daily to define strategy, roadmap, and execution, aligning design decisions with user needs, SME input, and business goals.
Conduct user research and testing, leveraging insights to refine designs and enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.Facilitate team workshops and design critiques, driving collaboration across various product UX teams to improve workflows, learn from each other, and improve overall UX consistency.
Lead design on PowerSchool’s design system, Neon - ensuring scalable, cohesive UI patterns that support multiple products and users ranging from students to super user school administrators.

Senior UI/UX Designer
Design and implement all User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designs for web and app projects. Lead cross-functional product and marketing efforts for over 40 different products to date. Implement many common Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and monitor our efforts via A/B tests, customer and stakeholder interviews, user testing, and analytics software.
Created new landing pages for PPC campaigns and led team to continually A/B test and rollout new versions to our 150+ clients using these landing pages. Throughout four iterations of the landing pages, this effort led to a 207% increase in form fills and a 99% increase in first-time callers.
Lead all design discussions with clients and present in desktop, tablet, and mobile form, when necessary. Monitor and implement the newest design trends to continue elevating our work. Continually monitor, redesign, and test our web apps and product launches. Establish and maintain a design system for consistent styling and cross-team collaboration.
